Hi!

I'm Lya, a mom who took the job probably way seriously, but in a good way as I always say. I carry multiple skills in my pockets. Starting from basic vocabulary in (ASL), a native Spanish speaker, Fluid in the English language, Latin Rythm dancing skills, studies in Digital Fashion Design, Cosmetology, Business Administration, and even Pharmacy Tech Studies. But most important of them all, is a childhood spirit. 

Being a licensed Cosmetologist was my primary career back when I was living in Puerto Rico, my native place, but it became my side hustle a little bit after I moved to the United States in 2018. With 15 years of working in Retail Management Businesses concentrating in Customer Service experience and employee management, I figured it was time for me to take my experience to a new level. 

Focus 100% on my daughter's care and raise was something I always had in the back of my mind if I ever had to cross that path. So when the moment of truth happened, I wanted to start something that not only would allow me to achieve my personal goal but also something that could help me to focus on my little one's mental, emotional, and physical health growth.

 That's when I thought to myself: "What better way than giving other parents, the same mental peace I have, of knowing their little ones, are being well cared for, educated, and loved during their absence?" well the rest is just history! Eureka Time was born on April 5, 2021, just 4 months after my first little one was born but it wasn't until August of that same year that I officially opened my home to other parents and my heart to their children. 

To this day I can't believe how quickly time has passed, and how quickly children grow up, it sometimes brings to me some tears. It's been an incredible journey filled, with lots of learning experiences, laughs, cries, naps, tantrums, dirty diapers, and toy messes but most importantly full of hugs, kisses, and lots of love given by the masters of love, Children, and that's something I am always so grateful for I can't begin to count my blessings, we have become a big beautiful family.
