As a childcare provider, wife, and mom, balancing my day-to-day into consistent routines has helped me to fulfill all duties with a minimal chance of failing on any of them. The skills from my past experiences as an administrator have also been a great help at the time of finding quick solutions to unexpecting problems. Most importantly the excitement of providing a loving but innovative learning experience to my children is what keeps me on the constant lookout for new ways and techniques to exceed quality expectations.
